Role Purpose Statement

This position requires close coordination with various internal teams and external stakeholders, including flight operations, kitchen production, and client representatives, to guarantee that meal orders are accurately captured, documented, and executed. You will be responsible for managing order details, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that all information is communicated in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Accountabilities
  • Order Management: Receive, review, and process meal orders from clients, ensuring all information is accurate and complete, including special dietary requests and any last-minute changes.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter order details into the system, update records, and ensure that all meal specifications are properly documented and reflected in production schedules.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the liaison between clients (airlines, catering partners), the kitchen production team, and logistics to ensure meal orders are fulfilled according to schedule and specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to meal orders, such as missing information, late changes, or special requests, ensuring minimal disruption to production or delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality and consistency of meal orders, working with the quality control team to ensure that meals meet client specifications and food safety standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports related to order status, meal production timelines, and inventory levels to provide insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from clients regarding order status, changes, or issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
