Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: Days, 4x10-hour shifts
Primary Location: Deaconess Midtown/Gateway Newburgh, IN
Float Requirements: Potential to float between Midtown/Gateway campuses based on census
Key Responsibilities:
On Call/Call Back: Take call 2 days per week, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with a 60-minute response time. No overnight call required for EP, though late work is common about 30-35% of the time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every third weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of EP experience with a focus on majority EP saturation.
Certifications: Must hold an IN license and ARRT certification.
Charting: Prefer candidates with Epic experience, though no specific charting requirements are mandatory.
Skillset: Experience with Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP/Cath Lab), EP Lab procedures (such as Pacemakers, ICDs), Ablation experience with CARTO, NAVX/Ensite, Medtronic Cryo, and Boston Rhythmia preferred. LAAO experience and proficiency with GE MacLab/CardioLab are also preferred.
Additional Information:
Uniform: Hospital scrubs will be provided.
Covid-19 Vaccine: Not required at this time, but subject to change.
Travel Restrictions: 40-mile radius rule no local candidates.
Orientation: GSA hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation. Set hours per week are guaranteed, except during holidays when the unit is closed.
Travel Experience: No new travelers.
