Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary Operations/Supply Chain interface to the development and deployment teams with the responsibility for driving operations' new product development as well as supporting those products through production ramp. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions. Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters and ensure production transitions meet program goals. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM), capacity readiness and transition plans). Drive cross‑functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
