Enforce all workplace policies and procedures. Coordinate training and professional development activities for Contractor personnel. Track all Contractor personnel efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems. Identify and resolve administrative and contractual issues related to this PWS. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, initiative, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems. Reporting all issues directly to the TOPM with anticipated resolution; other program-related matters, as applicable to the site. Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in any discipline with management training courses and at least 15 years in related experience. Must have at least 15 years of experience in active-duty military service, support Contractor and/or DoD civilian in a warfare specialty at progressively more difficult levels in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a R&D nature, concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major DoD programs. Must have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs, preferably one that has transitioned to operational use, or programs related to thrust areas delineated in the PWS. Desired Qualifications: Preferred MS degree in any discipline with management training courses. At least 7 years’ experience, background and knowledge of program transition efforts is highly desirable. Security Requirements: Must have TS/SCI- SAP Eligible. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel- less than 10%. If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Require moving objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
