As a Senior Superintendent, you'll lead technically demanding healthcare projects requiring precision, compassion, and expertise. Your leadership will help us deliver safe, healing environments for patients, providers, and staff, from hospital renovations to complex medical equipment installations. Your Role In this impactful position, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of large healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and team success. You'll set the on-site tone, mentor emerging talent, and ensure project alignment from kickoff to closeout. What You'll Do Lead field operations on complex healthcare projects Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI, Cal/OSHA, ADA, and ICRA/ILSM protocols Serve as the primary liaison for clients, inspectors, and trade partners Mentor superintendents, foremen, and field engineers Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Manage site risks, challenges, and conditions proactively Oversee logistics, materials, crew coordination, and safety planning Champion Dome's safety culture Drive quality assurance through project completion What You Bring 10+ years of field leadership in commercial construction At least 5 years leading healthcare projects Proven success with OSHPD/HCAI projects in hospital environments Deep knowledge of healthcare safety and regulations Experience managing multiple trades and stakeholders Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, Microsoft Project Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Calm, clear-headed leadership under pressure Valid driver's license and ability to travel across California The Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring daily on-site presence, site inspections, and relationship building.
