Job title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: On-site in Wadsworth, OHSchedule: Monday-FridaySalary: $57,000 - $60,000 depending on experienceWhy This Opportunity Stands Out: Provides comprehensive design services for packaging solutions Award-winning team utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies Delivers innovative retail packaging solutions Offers industry-leading speed, quality, and value through streamlined packaging programs Provides creative design and tailored solutions through custom packaging services Packaging solutions support brand development and business growth Key Responsibilities (Accounts Receivable Specialist): Daily cash application of lockbox and electronic payments by batching and balancing in accounting system Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices to customers Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments Apply incoming payments to appropriate customer accounts and invoices Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts and billing issues Prepare and analyze aging reports and escalate collection issues when necessary Maintain detailed and organized records of all AR transactions Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, finance) to resolve billing concerns Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Qualifications (Accounts Receivable Specialist): Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is fully onsite in Wadsworth, OH with a salary range of $57,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.For immediate and confidential consideration reach out to me, Jackie Blythe, at jblythe@cfstaffing.com.#INDEC2025
