Paint and Sip Store Manager – Muse Paintbar Join us as a Store Manager and help blend the creativity of art with entertainment. Who You Are You are a creative spirit with artistic experience, comfortable with acrylic paint. You thrive on connecting with people and lead teams to success. You bring excellent communication and organization skills, and at least two years of management experience. The Role The Store Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, people management, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales. Key Responsibilities Operate efficiently day‑to‑day, ensuring all functions run seamlessly. Lead and support painting sessions, provide clear instruction. Prepare and manage special events. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality. Drive sales and cultivate customer satisfaction. Maintain visual standards and marketing collateral. Participate in weekly performance reviews with Regional Managers. Conduct monthly touch‑bases with staff for feedback. Track performance, schedule, time‑off, and timecard compliance. Enforce compliance on alcohol service, safety and cash handling. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Manage inventory, submit orders, process deliveries. Report facility maintenance needs. Contribute ideas for studio improvement. Role Requirements Full‑time availability with flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends). Required Skills & Abilities Vibrant personality with artistic proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent sales, customer service, supervisory and leadership skills. In‑depth product knowledge. Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, etc. Reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Full‑time availability and schedule flexibility. Experience & Education 2+ years of full‑time management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, OR management experience. Formal training in the arts. Experience in a customer‑focused environment such as a bar or restaurant. Experience teaching group art is preferred. Alcohol Safety/TIPS certification (training provided if needed). ServSafe Manager Certification (training provided if needed). Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, moving, lifting up to 50 lbs. Agility and stamina to move quickly in a studio with music and large groups. Work prolonged periods at a computer. Reliable internet and technology. The above outlines job duties and requirements.
