Clinic Director – Outpatient OTP Join Comprehensive Treatment Centers at the North Florida CTC located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinic Director to lead daily operations at our Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). About the Program Our OTP clinic supports patients on their recovery journey by offering comprehensive care that treats the whole person. Acadia Healthcare’s nationwide network operates over 170 CARF‑accredited outpatient OTPs, serving more than 74,000 patients daily. Partner with regional leadership to develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic business plan. Serve as the clinic’s final authority on daily operations and collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical matters. Act as a community liaison and attend events to promote the clinic. Develop and implement policies and procedures, including community relations and public affairs. Ensure service delivery meets internal standards and external regulatory requirements; coordinate federal and state submissions. Oversee personnel decisions: performance evaluations, staffing, training, and hiring. Provide staff development and ongoing education opportunities. Maintain compliance with federal and state laws; submit corrective action plans as needed. Manage secure medication, medical records, and employee documentation. Uphold patient confidentiality and rights. Lead risk management: assessments, investigations, data analytics. Complete annual HealthStream training on risk management topics. Ensure patients understand take‑home medication responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field. Experience overseeing services in an outpatient setting, preferably in MAT, mental health, IOP, PHP, or SUD programs. Experience in a narcotic treatment program (MAT) highly preferred. Skills & Qualifications Proven P&L management experience and full facility budget oversight. Business development experience, generating patient referral sources and building community partnerships. Experience with multiple payer sources including Medicare and Medicaid contracts. Prior management experience; ability to lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills; receptive to coaching.
