Restoration 1 is looking for Water Damage Restoration Technicians who are responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with integrity and excellence. Duties will include initial job-site inspection along with secure jobs and perform structural drying per the IICRC standards. The work environment is fast paced, highly competitive and requires travel in a company owned vehicle within the territory.

Prior HVAC experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend Availability

Required skills:
- Must have a valid drivers license with no major violations.
- Must pass a drug test and have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
- Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively and physically be able to work in PPE including respiratory protection.
- Must ensure that proper safety and work protocols are always being utilized by you and fellow team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.
- Must have the ability to build rapport and a positive relationship with clients and fellow team members.
- Must be detail/process oriented and able to think methodically/analytically through situations.
- Be coachable, trainable, eager to learn and acquire new skills, and have a positive outlook.
