What You ll Do:
As an LPN at Madonna Manor , you will:

* Provide safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge.
* Collaborate with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Use the nursing process to develop and deliver individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being.
* Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.

What You ll Bring:

* A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state.
* CPR certification (required).
* Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required).
