- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents as required.
- Previous experience in medical administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software, including Eaglesoft.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standards for confidentiality, security, and compliance.
