We are seeking a dynamic, consultative, and results-driven Sales Account Director Outsourcing Practice with expertise in risk advisory, outsourcing, and managed and professional services within the cybersecurity space. This high-impact role focuses on acquiring new logos and driving pipeline growth, particularly among mid-to-large-tier organizations. Leveraging strong industry relationships and experience in staff augmentation, vCISO engagements, and security outsourcing, you'll engage with CISOs, CIOs, and other key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter role, creating custom solutions through strategic, client-focused selling. About You You're a Hunter: You're motivated by closing new business and setting achievement records. You proactively seek out new opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You're Tech-Savvy: You understand the cybersecurity landscape, including risk advisory, managed services, professional services, and/or staff augmentation space. You're fluent in the language of MDR, EDR, SIEM, and vCISO services, and can confidently discuss technical solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You're Results-Driven: You consistently exceed sales targets and grow your book of business by nurturing prospects and closing high-value deals. What You'll Do Drive New Business: Generate and close new logo opportunities, focusing on high-value outsourcing engagements aligned with our cyber capabilities. Design Solutions: Conduct strategic, consultative conversations with security and IT leaders to co-create service packages, including vCISO, SOC/NOC optimization, and more. Engage the Market: Represent the brand at industry events, CISO roundtables, and executive-level meetings to build visibility and credibility. Leverage Partnership: You'll harness established company partnerships with some of the industry's most recognized brands as a force multiplier for your success.
