Based in New York, this is a hybrid in-office position, ensuring close collaboration with our team while maintaining flexibility. The role ensures timely, professional, and accurate support that reflects Bandit’s standard of excellence.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and timely support primarily via email and other channelsAddress customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product detailsMaintain efficiency and consistency in customer interactionEnsure rapid response times during high-traffic periods like seasonal dropsSupport the training of new hires and contribute to process improvementsSupport knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance customer service qualityYou Have2+ years of customer support experience preferred (e.g., e-commerce or retail)Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and elevate issuesProven ability to multitask and manage high-volume support inquiries while maintaining accuracy and consistencyProficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Siena AI)Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn, train, and share best practicesAbout the RolePart-time (up to 30 hours) hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY; In-Person office requirement 1-2 days per weekCompetitive pay ($21/hour)Getting in on the ground floor of an exciting startup, with major opportunities for growthEngaging, team-oriented work environmentAt Bandit, we’re building an incredible culture rooted in our three core values - Trust, Empathy, and Excellence.
