SUMMARY OF POSITION The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a highly visible position, a sole contributor responsible for supporting recruitment across the company´s multifunctional teams across the North American region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting people with opportunities and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reporting Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role will collaborate with senior leaders across assigned functions and corporate divisions to drive strategic talent acquisition excellence and strategy. Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing full-cycle recruitment at all levels of the organization in all functions in North America and/or Latin America with significant exposure to manufacturing and corporate matrix environments. Proficiency with ATS Systems. Education ABachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Languages Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
