Senior Project Manager

OverviewYou know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people. You are the glue that holds these two together, maneuvering the path of maintaining strategy and pace while keeping the team engaged and enthusiastic. Your penchant for strategic delegation and problem-solving makes you a natural fit for this role. You will be:Driver of internal agency process; ensuring the team adheres to process guidelines, and solving issues. Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive through the duration of the project.Function in a hybrid Sr Account Executive/PM role, with direct customer contact and working in customer systems (when needed), on smaller brands with appropriate scope, while also functioning in a traditional PM role on other teams.Partner with Project Planners to understand and execute to established estimates and work plans.Partner with resource managers and studio teams in assigning Creative team members to projects.Work within the Wrike system, write tasks with clear direction on deliverables. Partner with the Creative Director and Project Planners to flag concerns and resolve logistics.Accurately capture next steps and customer deliverables through conference reports or meeting recaps and distribute to appropriate team members.Ensure that project directive and related documentation are communicated to appropriate team members, proactively informing others affected by the directive.Have a thorough understanding of the creative requirements to develop projects (project steps, creative responsibilities, and skills) and help staff and track projects, solving problems as needed.QualificationsEssential RequirementsBS or BA (or relevant experience)4+ years of experience in advertising/marketing project managementAbility to establish clear directions; effective communicator; problem-solver; adaptable communication style; organized; understands job responsibilities of others and functions appropriately.Desired RequirementsProficient with MS Office Suite and experience with Project Management softwareExperience helping to train new PMs as they are onboarded into the organizationCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $100K to $115K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the company range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
