Join to apply for the Web3 HR Director (Mandarin Speaking) role at Hyphen Connect Our client is a global Crypto company and looking to hire an experienced HR Director to lead the global HR functions, focused on Product & Engineering. The ideal candidates would be experienced in using data and creativity, you’ll drive organizational growth, fluency in Mandarin and English, and requires to work on-site in San Jose, California. Key Responsibilities Lead the Group HR functions across HRBP, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development etc. Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and culture development. Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment practices. Key Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines 10 years' experience in relevant roles ideally from Crypto/ Blockchain/ FinTech companies Proven regional exposure across multiple markets is an advantage Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives Proficient in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is required Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Human ResourcesStaffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hyphen Connect by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
