Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating patient care plans, and educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures such as airway management, catheterization, and ostomy care
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia or Compact RN License
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

-Must have 2 years of ICU, Stepdown, or acute care experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare procedures
- Experience in dementia care, infant care, dialysis, emergency room (ER), and primary care settings is highly desirable
- Must have 2 years of ICU, Stepdown, or acute care experience
