Our strong relationships with top-tier General Contractors and Architects ensure that every project we take on is executed with excellence from bid to build.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager – Install Division with hands-on experience in both softscape and hardscape installations, along with a working knowledge of light civil construction.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing each project from estimator handoff through final walkthrough and close-out documentation. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project estimator, operations team, and logistics team to ensure seamless project execution, high-quality results, and on-time delivery.You’ll coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and clients, attend meetings and site visits, and manage day-to-day project activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned landscape installation projects from project handoff to closeoutBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and contractorsCollaborate with internal estimating and project management teamsEnsure timely communication and follow-up via email and internal systemsMaintain confidentiality and uphold Heritage’s professional standardsRepresent the company in meetings and job-related functionsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in project management for construction or landscape projectsProven experience with both softscape and hardscape installationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-starter with excellent time managementProfessional, clear communicatorComfortable with in-person client and vendor interactionMust be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Holly, MIWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health insurancePaid holidays and vacation timeOpportunities for professional growthPositive, team-oriented culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
