Patient Coordinator – Greenwich Medical Spa Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an industry leading, award‑winning medical spa providing non‑invasive cosmetic treatments. GMS was established in 2005 with the unwavering mission to inspire confidence and empower our patients, employees and communities. This part‑time Patient Aesthetics Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) will serve as the patient‑facing face of the practice in our Scarsdale, NY location. The role involves greeting patients, cross‑functional support in treatment rooms, and assisting clinical providers. Responsibilities Strong understanding of all services and products offered Answer inquiries from patients Lead in the sale of product or service Responsible for meeting, greeting and educating patients on skin care products and treatments Schedule appointments and check out patients Maintain all areas of the medspa – public areas and treatment rooms Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus Benefits (Part‑time employees working 20+ hrs/wk) Up to 6 paid holidays Sick time Product allowance Service allowance Discounts for friends & family Optional supplemental insurance after 90 days – hospital, cancer, accident, life insurance, and short‑term disability Medical, dental, and vision benefits are only available to full‑time employees.
