(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. ResponsibilitiesOversee and enforce contract specification requirements associated with lead paint removal from elevated steel structures using abrasive blasting, SSPC type 1A ContainmentsOperate dust trackers stationed upwind and downwind from the containment Perform visual inspections of work areas/containment areas dailyMaintain all project records including material usages, locations and quantities of surfaces abated, waste manifests, worker attendance, and air testing results.QualificationsExperienced with lead paint abatement using abrasive blasting proceduresMust have understanding of area air monitoring using PM10 dust trackersContainment inspection experienceData management and record keeping requirements unique to this type of workSSPC certification required - Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. - Compensation: Minimum: $104,000; Maximum $114,00- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
