Dining Room Server – The Gallery at Spokane Retirement Community

We are seeking multiple happy, outgoing, and energetic Dining Room Servers to join our food service team at our brand-new senior living community in Spokane, WA. Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Founded in 2012, we have experienced consistent growth adding senior living communities to our family each year. Our newly built community, The Gallery at Spokane, is a new addition to the Stellar Senior Living family with our grand opening in Fall 2023.  What we offer

  • Dining Room Serving positions starting at $16-$18 per hour, DOE.
  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

Job Description

Our Dining Room Servers are part of a team that is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
  • Keeps the restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet expectations and standards.
  • Dishwashing duties during shift as needed.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents experiencing hearing difficulties.
