OverviewJoin our team as a Case Manager for the Youth Kauhale Program, where you'll play a key role in supporting young adults experiencing homelessness on their journey to independence. You'll manage cases, coordinate with a diverse team, and ensure participants receive the services they need, including housing, medical care, and employment resources.
