Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive profitability. The General Manager will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintain high standards, and foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff across all departments. Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety. Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Oversee scheduling and labor management to maximize productivity. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain menu quality and consistency. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow revenue. Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen environments.
