Competitive 401k match Lucrative bonus potential Great upward mobility for career growth Responsibilities Assisting with concrete pours and site preparation Building, setting, and stripping forms Placing, leveling, and finishing concrete Cutting, measuring, and installing rebar or mesh Operating tools and equipment safely (e.g., screeds, trowels, power tools) Reading blueprints and layout drawings Assisting with job site cleanup and material handling Following all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Entry-Mid-Level: 13 years of experience in concrete construction or general trades Experienced: 3+ years of hands-on experience with formwork, placing, and finishing Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong teamwork and communication skills Working Conditions Outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions Occasional work at heights; near fumes or airborne particles; handling chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration Work environment is usually loud Physical Demands Frequent travel by motor vehicle Extended hours on construction sites requiring physical stamina Ability to lift and move materials and tools up to 50 lbs; tasks may vary and are not necessarily daily Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and others Adherence to safety protocols and ability to follow instructions Travel Requirements May be required to work on project sites within or outside the Boise metropolitan area, or in other states Disclaimer The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties or skills.
