We’ve been working with leading e-commerce brands since our inception and have created so much value that we have customers waiting in line We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager—a hybrid thinker-doer who can own client relationships, shape product direction, and lead cross-functional teams to execution. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders—balancing vision with velocity. What you need for this position 5+ years of experience in digital product management, strategy, or project/account management Proven success in agency environments working with ecommerce brands (Shopify/Shopify Plus required) Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, checkout, and analytics Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid delivery models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with a bias for action and delivery What you’ll be doing Lead product strategy for Shopify-based eCommerce experiences, from discovery to launch and iteration Translate business goals into product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics Manage day-to-day project delivery across agile pods (design, dev, QA), ensuring timelines and budgets are met Serve as the primary client contact—facilitating workshops, presenting roadmaps, and building trust Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize features and optimize user flows Identify growth opportunities through CRO, retention, and personalization strategies Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior PMs or strategists Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage: We cover 100% of your medical and dental insurance premiums—because your well-being matters.
