Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Assistant. This is a 6+month contract opportunity based out of Westlake, TX (Hybrid/Remote).

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years title curative (real property) equivalent experience required
Minimum education requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent
Customer service skills
Problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Strong detail orientation
Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Responsibilities :Mid-level escrow disbursement support position in a fast-paced environment providing daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices.
Responsible for the reconciliation of outstanding deposits and disbursements by handling checks, wires, and balancing files to lender instructions and lender wires.
Support internal and external customers on issue resolution via integrated, email and phone communications.
Responsible for ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation and refund processes.
Additionally, be able to review signed lender packages consisting of standard lender refinance packages, i.e. notes/security instruments, and affidavits to give funding approval.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $17.36/hour to $17.36/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
