Position Summary: The Calendar Associate ensures an exceptional experience for clients and vendors. Primary responsibilities include managing order intake, primarily by phone and email, and coordinating and scheduling logistics for all job types (depositions, hearing, trials, arbitrations). Associates support the Director in all departmental objectives including streamlining workflows, maximizing cost efficiency, and most critically, serving clients in a friendly, timely and accurate way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist every client in a friendly and professional manner Accurately scheduling all jobs, with attention to specific client needs Communicate effectively with all team members, including sales Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to all internal and external matters and other material as deemed necessary Acute attention to detail and the ability to follow-up with internal team members and external clients Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Must be dependable, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic Strong organizational skills Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written Must reside in CA or NV Experience in a fast-paced legal services environment Customer Service experience Knowledge of deposition workflow Schedule/Location: Hours 6:00am-3:00pm Remote - Must reside in CA or NV Entry Level -Based on experience About First Legal: We believe that diversity is integral to our success, and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, or any other basis protected by law.
