We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary:Supermicro's Sales Support team is looking to add a dynamic Sr. Sales Support Specialist to assist one our Sales teams in managing customers and their orders. The Sr. Sales Support Specialist will also be a liaison across internal departments, as well as provide product information to customers and support customer account maintenance. This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry. If you have a passion for sales and are looking for a great opportunity, Supermicro wants you on our teamEssential Duties and Responsibilities:The Essential Duties include but not limited to following areas:Sales account maintenance, providing technical and administrative product informationPerform daily clerical and office maintenance tasks such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotations and process documentsMonitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasersAct as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departmentsProvide assistance for intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departmentsEnter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating returnsDevelop superior customer service relationships with prospectsProduce daily reports for clientsProvide backup support for the supervisor and team membersQualifications:AA degree required, Bachelors degree is preferredAt least 2-5 years of direct, related sales support experienceExperience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking ordersPossesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/E-mail and presentationExperience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skillsConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobsMust possess strong computer skills with word and excelOrganizational skills a mustPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.Salary Range$75,000 - $90,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
