Our client, a reputable Law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant in their Glens Falls location. Position Overview Play a crucial role in supporting your team in the litigation process. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation, from matter inception to trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to and benefit from the success of a thriving law practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information. Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare and file court documents in a timely manner. Provide support to attorneys as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a litigation paralegal. Proficient in legal research and document drafting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
