Staffing Solutions Specialist – White Glove Service from Client to Candidate🌟 Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing Las Vegas practice. This role is ideal for a CPA-credentialed professional who excels in client service, complex tax engagements, and leading high-performing teams. The Tax Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. Responsibilities Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and exempt organizations. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients across a variety of industries. Oversee engagement workflows, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and guidance; prepare technical memos and recommendations. Lead, mentor, and develop staff and seniors through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent service. Identify opportunities for process improvements, value-added services, and firm growth. Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Active CPA license required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred. 5–7+ years of progressively responsible public accounting tax experience. Strong knowledge of federal and multistate tax regulations. Experience managing client relationships and supervising staff. Proficiency with tax software and research tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
