To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit www.hcltech.com Kubernetes Senior Technical Lead with Azure DevOps Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead in DevOps Solutions, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of implementing and managing DevOps solutions while leveraging Kubernetes and Azure platform. The role involves leading a team to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of devops solutions, leveraging Kubernetes and Azure DevOps tools. Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure efficient delivery and operation of software projects. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve deployment pipelines. Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and monitoring in a cloud environment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to devops tools, Kubernetes clusters, and Azure services. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and optimizations for the devops environment. Skill Requirements Strong expertise in DevOps solutions, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps tools. Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes. Deep understanding of cloud services on Azure, including resource management, networking, security, and monitoring. Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and configuration management tasks. Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Certifications: Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Azure (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) would be a plus. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
