THE POSITIONGoldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Partner to join us in our Albany, New York office.THE QUALIFICATIONSQualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in New York, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as product liability, general liability and/or insurance defense.THE BENEFITSThe annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $250,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
