A Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by executing multiple projects simultaneously through collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain schedule to deliver projects on timeMaintain budget and project expensesCollaborate with sub-contractors, GCs, customers, and project team throughout all projectsManage kitchen equipment and custom fabrication procurement, delivery, and installAbility to travel to job site(s)Required QualificationsHighly organizedGreat attention to detailStrong verbal and written communications skillsAbility to collaborate in a highly professional mannerAbility to problem solve and resolve disputes both independently and collaborativelyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious construction related project management experiencePrevious commercial kitchen equipment related experienceTechnical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawingsBachelor of Arts DegreeSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no current supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in both a professional office environment, as well as occasionally on construction and/or job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate but can be severe at times.
