We are currently seeking licensed therapists for full-time positions in our Omaha location.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc. * Salary Full-time models

Requirements:

* Must be fully licensed or have a provisional license in Nebraska * LIMHP, LMHP, PLMHP * Hybrid work schedule- On-site and Telehealth services are required based on client preference * Reliable vehicle and show proof of liability insurance * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families * Solid computer and basic technology skills * Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development * Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Capstone Behavioral Health is a long-standing and established practice that is employee-focused and boasts very low clinician turnover. We offer general outpatient psychotherapy services, community services, and psychological testing and evaluations. We see children, adolescents, and adults for various concerns and services.
