This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers investors lenders and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly) Preference given to those with Texas or Floridabar admission 24 years of substantive real estate experience preferably with a large law firm ( boutique firm experience considered ) Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions real estate development land use and zoning and commercial leasing Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus Strong oral advocacy research and client communication skills Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently Professionalism : Client-service oriented collaborative and committed to excellence Key Responsibilities Represent clients in real estate acquisitions dispositions development projects and leasing transactions Advise clients on land use and zoning matters as well as commercial real estate financing structures Draft negotiate and review contracts and related real estate documents Manage matters independently and as part of larger teams ensuring timely and efficient client service Communicate directly with clients providing strategic business-focused guidance Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions Why Join Us This position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognized Real Estate practice that advises clients on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the country .
