What You'll Do in the role:

  • You will work closely with Redwood Outdoors customers to ensure they have a great experience
  • You will look at challenging situations with great attention to detail, and come up with solutions that help customers
  • You will become a Redwood Outdoors product expert so that you can present solutions to customers in a confident manner
  • You will collaborate with operations to ensure customers have all the parts that they need to enjoy their Redwood Outdoors product
  • You must always put the customer first and be a good representative for our company when speaking to them
  • You will handle all elements of the customer experience after their product is delivered
  • You will work closely with the product team to coordinate parts for customers
  • You will work closely with warehouse and shipping companies to ensure deliveries are carried out effectively

What You'll Need for the role:

  • Customer support or service experience required
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning/using software applications required for the role
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
  • Shift Schedule: 6:00 am-6:00 pm- Will include Weekends
  • Onsite role in Kent, WA

Compensation: As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education

  • Hourly range: $25-$30/hour plus incentive plan.
  • Work Location: 20730 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032
