Experienced Analyst, Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory Join Lincoln International as an Experienced Analyst in the Transaction Opinions and Board Advisory team within our Valuations & Opinions Group. This role offers the opportunity to build a leading transaction opinions practice in a fast‑paced, growth environment. Hybrid Work Structure Employees work in‑office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Roles & Responsibilities Preparing, completing, and reviewing financial models and sophisticated valuation and financial analyses in support of fairness and solvency opinions. Analyzing SEC filings (8‑K, 10‑Q, 10‑K, etc.), investor presentations, equity research reports, and other resources to calculate trading and/or transaction multiples and support market‑based valuation models. Researching market and transactional data and trends to assist the team with synthesizing market insights and developing client pitches, white papers, or market perspectives pieces. Assisting with the preparation of client deliverables and discussion materials. Working closely with deal teams, senior officers, and clients to ensure work streams align with project plans and transaction timelines. Maintaining proprietary valuation databases. Preparing marketing materials for meetings with potential or existing clients and supporting the senior members of the Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team. Excellent foundation in corporate finance, strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a top‑tier institution with a strong academic record. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong writing skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Effective organizational skills and ability to manage people and deliverables. Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients. One year of professional services experience in investment banking, valuations, or accounting is strongly preferred. Additional Information Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals who require sponsorship for employment visa status. The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000 per year for positions in Illinois, New York, or California. This job may also be eligible for discretionary bonus pay.
