System Application Engineer

Compensation For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - 99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The range applies to candidates located within the United States. Salary is determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level, with factors such as performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Monitoring technical controls for regulatory compliance, managing system patching and life cycle planning, overseeing asset onboarding and off-boarding, and leading projects related to access control and video management systems. Technical Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, including: Windows 10 and 11Windows Server 2012 and later Basic Active Directory administration skills, such as: Adding computers and usersApplying group policies Proficiency in using Windows programs, including: Microsoft TeamsOutlookWordExcel Soft Skills Ability to work under pressure during system outages that may have operational or regulatory impacts.Effective communication skills to coordinate with all involved teams during critical situations.Strong troubleshooting abilities, including applying structured methods like the Scientific Method and identifying, mitigating, testing, implementing, and communicating solutions.
