Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30-$40/hr.

What’s a typical day as an Injection Molding Operator? You’ll be:
• Ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues by following division safety rules and demonstrating leadership in establishing and following Safe Work Procedures.
• Participating in safety audits of new and existing secondary equipment.
• Assisting with new mold inspection, installation, and setup.
• Collaborating with Shift Process Technicians to improve the efficiency of existing processes.
• Understanding the Quality system and interpreting data as it relates to the molding process.
• Documenting and communicating data accurately and thoroughly.
• Occasionally working overtime as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on practical experience in injection molding.
• Have a working knowledge of the IQMS system and basic PC literacy.
• Have a strong aptitude for mathematics and technical skills (must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude testing to be considered).
