Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
  • Exercise sound professional judgment in the performance of services.
  • Deliver compassionate and effective care to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of imaging equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with students and new technologists to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Use radiology information systems and picture archiving and communication systems efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current licensure or registration as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
  • ARRT certification in radiography, mammography, or computed tomography (CT).
  • BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
