Manage and grow engineering teams, projects, performance, and career growth of engineers. Communicate roadmaps with the team, leaders, and stakeholders. Partner with various product and program management teams to determine scope and estimate development effort. Lead systems design, architecture, and scaling discussions. Proactively identify opportunities to adopt industry standards in areas of responsibility. Ensure that the components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Stay up to date with emerging technology and learn new technologies, libraries, and frameworks. Responsible for software development including building responsive applications using Java, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Build pipelines with Jenkins. Work in relational or non-relational database management systems. Participate in code reviews and business requirements gathering and translate them into technical requirements.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or in a related/similar position.
