This position is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to refine their legal skills, expand their expertise, and contribute to a well-established team. Strong writing skills and experience reviewing medical records are highly valued, as these will play a crucial role in case strategy and preparation. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client consultations Review and analyze medical records to support case development Draft clear and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings Maintain regular client communication to ensure exceptional service Independently manage workload in a fully remote setting Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Florida Bar Membership in good standing Proven ability to work independently in a virtual environment Preferred Skills: Experience working in remote or virtual legal settings Strong familiarity with legal technology and virtual court processes Why Join Us?
