We believe in clinical quality. The compensation reflected in the job post includes the base level of a bonus package tied to your delivery of clinical impact hours. We look forward to sharing more details with you should you choose to seek partnership with Acorn Health.ResponsibilitiesLead the clinical team utilizing a collaborative approach to drive a best practice environment, focused on a wide range of activities designed to deliver quality ABA clinical outcomes to our clients.As a member of the Acorn Health family of companies, participate in regional and nationwide leadership activities and collaborate with other Clinical Directors and industry leaders.Engage in opportunities such as the Acorn Leadership Development Institute and collaboration with the Clinical Advisory Board led by Dr. Greg Hanley.Drive the execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives.Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.Execute clinical policies and procedures.Promote a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans.Provide clinical management and oversight to a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.Problem solve issues with supervisees when progress toward client goals/outcomes is insufficient, using relevant behavioral data.Conduct staff and caregiver trainings.Regularly reference behavior analytic literature and attend relevant conferences and workshops to inform evidence-based treatment.Complete annual performance evaluations for all BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors to determine potential for improvement and ensure treatment integrity.Identify performances that enable supervisees to achieve measurable client outcomes.Maintain a reduced clinical caseload with direct assessment and treatment of clients.Participate in hiring processes for behavior technicians, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.Handle sensitive employee relations issues with integrity, with support from Human Resources as needed.Communicate with Acorn Health administrative teams to assist in staff and client records management and payer relationships.Attend meetings as required by the Regional Clinical Director.BenefitsPTO and Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveIncentive BonusHealth, dental and vision insuranceVoluntary supplemental benefits such as life insuranceCEU opportunitiesLeadership development trainingSupportive leadership and administrative teamPositive, collaborative environmentQualificationsRequired Education / Experience :Possess a minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferredMaryland Behavior Analyst License preferredMust have a minimum of 3 year’s experience practicing as a BCBAPreferred Experience :Experience serving in a leadership/management role for an ABA provider preferredExperience managing teams, projects, and meetings highly preferredExperience working with multiple funding sources preferredA history of work with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families both in clinical settings and in the client homes is essential.
