IU Health is seeking a patient-focused Hematologist to join our Multiple Myeloma practice in Indianapolis, IN Full-time employment opportunity for adult, multiple myeloma patients 100% clinical 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient Expected patient volume in clinic: 40/week Expected patient volume on inpatient: 20/week Monday - Friday, 12 weekends of call annually Practice locations include Eskenazi Hospital, University Hospital, and IU Simon Cancer Center (all part of the IU School of Medicine's Academic Health Center) Key Responsibilities Provide independent judgement in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan Qualifications MD or DO with BC in Hematology & Oncology Subspecialty expertise & demonstrated clinical excellence in Multiple Myeloma & plasma cell disorders Excellent communication, interpersonal, & collaborative skills Only open to practicing physicians at this time See how you can thrive, right here at Indiana University Health #J-18808-Ljbffr
