This NYC-based Construction Management firm have decades of experience delivering a range of cultural, institutional and commercial projects to clients throughout the city.


They are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team and assist the VP and project management team on multiple concurrent projects.


The right candidate will have 2+ years' experience as an APM / Jr. PM with a NYC-based GC/CM, assisting with both the administrative (RFI's, submittals etc.) and site aspects of projects. An Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree is preferred, as is experience in precon/estimating.


Projects typcially range from $10-50M, so experience in this breadth of job value would be highly beneficial.
