About the Team The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on customers' post Go‑Live journey, creating programs that drive business value from Workday applications and delivering feature demonstrations to full feature deployments. The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro‑consulting engagements to address business needs using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with how‑to questions, troubleshooting, and guiding them through configuration and feature demonstrations. As a Workday Spend expert, you will share your experience, highlight key considerations, and standard methodologies. Functional Areas Inventory Stock Requests/Fulfillment Processing Par Management Cycle Counts Replenishment Mobile/Labels Inventory Accounting Backorder and Substitution Management Workday Strategic Sourcing Intake Forms Pipeline Sourcing Contracts Management Supplier Relationship Management Procurement Requisitions/Purchase Orders RFX Receipts/Receipt Accruals Supplier Portal Procurement Cards EDI Delivery and Shipping Locations Supplier Accounts Suppliers Supplier Invoices Matching 1099 Processing OCR/Email Ingestion Supplier Connections (RTC/OFC) Location Customer Account Numbers (LCAN) ML Features Expenses Spend Authorizations Expense Report Processing and Repayments Credit Card Processing Travel Booking Records OCR/Email Intake ML Features Major Responsibilities Conduct research to fully understand customer questions and related Workday concepts. Deliver small‑scope consulting to respond to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, tips, and tricks. Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal configuration to meet business requirements. Communicate responses and value clearly and effectively to customers. Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars). Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator). Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews). Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay familiar with the Workday roadmap. Keep up to date with industry practices and engage customers on those topics. Help drive the creation of new programs to foster customer feature adoption. Additional Enablement Services Office Hours: appointment‑based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise. Configuration and business requirement reviews with detailed deliverables outlining opportunities for optimization. One‑on‑one customer configuration designs. Deployments, including full deployment of Workday features. About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting. 5+ years of software consulting and deployment experience in Workday. 3+ years of functional expertise in Workday Financials. Other Qualifications Certified in Workday FINS and other specialty such as Expenses, Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, etc.; able to certify in additional functional areas. Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior executives internally and externally. Analytical and facilitation skills for complex, technical process issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to distill complex concepts into compelling, relevant, and understandable presentations. Demonstrated ability to present Workday’s value and benefits effectively. Capacity to manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant professional experience. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need. Primary Location: USA.GA.AtlantaBase Pay Range: $140,400 - $210,500 USDAdditional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 - $197,300 USD Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we combine in‑person time and remote work. Our guidance requires spending at least 50% of your time each quarter in the office, the field, or with customers, prospects, and partners. Remote “home office” roles may also attend in‑office events for important moments.
