**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Bakery Production:**

   - Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and decorating tools safely and efficiently.

   - Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure that products are baked to perfection.

2. **Product Display and Merchandising:**

   - Arrange bakery products attractively in the display case, following merchandising guidelines and standards.

   - Rotate products regularly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.

   - Ensure that bakery signage, pricing, and product labels are accurate and up to date.

3. **Customer Service:**

6. **Team Collaboration:**

   - Work collaboratively with other bakery associates and team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is desirable.

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
