This role is pivotal in safeguarding business continuity by shaping resilient architectures, documenting recovery protocols, and ensuring readiness across all mission‑critical systems.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a comprehensive governance model for disaster recovery including standardized documentation and testing cadence.Partner with cross‑functional teams to align recovery strategies with business priorities and compliance mandates.Architect and document recovery plans for hybrid environments, spanning on‑prem, Cloud, and SaaS platforms.Define and validate Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) for essential systems.Continuously assess and enhance DR strategies to close gaps and improve resilience.Conduct risk assessments and business impact evaluations to identify vulnerabilities in our current recovery posture.Propose actionable mitigation strategies to strengthen recovery capabilities.Engage closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and third‑party service teams to ensure DR plans are executable and aligned with operational realities.Serve as a key advisor during audits, incident response planning, and continuity testing.This is a Contract opportunity with our Minneapolis‑based client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
