Summary The Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) at LifeBridge Health maintains a well-established, high‑quality program performing 3,000 procedures and operations per year. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited Medical School Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery Expertise in TAVR required; other catheter‑based skills desirable At least five years of post‑fellowship experience preferred Verifiable excellent outcomes Job Summary Employed, full‑time or part‑time position based at Sinai Hospital Full spectrum of adult cardiac surgical procedures, including TAVR Two cardiac operating rooms with dedicated staff Dedicated Cardiac ICU staff CVI physician staff includes 2 Cardiac Surgeons and 30+ Cardiologists (including 7 interventional and structural cardiologists, 4 electrophysiologists, 12 vascular surgeons) performing over 3,000 cardiac procedures per year (~2,000 caths, 600+ PCIs, and ~50 TAVRs, and other structural interventions) 24/7/365 support from 20‑25 Advanced Practice Providers across the system Twenty‑eight days of PTO, 5 days of CME, and $7,500 reimbursement opportunity for CME and professional expenses Competitive salary and benefits structure are guaranteed by the financially strong and growing LifeBridge Health system Community Information LifeBridge Health hospitals are located within easy driving distance of wonderful cultural and recreational options. For a full‑time 1.0 physician, this role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $675–850K, dependent on experience. Additionally, substantial wRVU and quality incentive opportunities are included with this role.
