If you are interested in a team that sees the landscape change quickly, has transformation experience, and enjoys creative problem solving, this role may be for you.The Senior Solution Strategist is responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement solutions that advance Prime’s strategic priorities. This role supports operational readiness for new business and/or products, drives operating efficiencies, helps reduce operating expenses, improves the stakeholder experience, and builds new capabilities. The Senior Solution Strategist will complete time-bound deliverables that may include information gathering, problem analysis, recommendations, decision making, reporting, and change management to prevent business disruption.ResponsibilitiesOversee one strategic initiative in partnership with Operations and/or ITCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic enterprise initiatives; oversee execution of strategic solution workstreams, conduct research, lead development of data analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights, drive end-to-end process improvements and other efficiencies to reduce operating expenses, support implementation or uplift of capabilities, tools and platformsPrepare reports, impact analyses, metrics and presentations used to provide recommendations on product discovery and definition, lead estimation efforts and delivery at performance review sessionsCreate, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, external vendors and customers to ensure adherence to schedule and effective delivery of strategic solutionsProvide informal coaching to stakeholdersAssist with internal and external communication and messaging to improve transparency, education, and cohesive enterprise messagingOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, IT or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience5 years of related work experience in product development, business analysis or leading business processesMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to changes quicklyCreative problem-solving skillsUtility playerAbility to quickly establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organizationSkilled at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus buildingProven ability to prioritize and set work directionDemonstrated ability in collaboration, negotiation, and analysis of complex business and/or technology problemsAbility to identify and remove obstacles to delivery/progressPreferred QualificationsPBM/health care experienceExperience working on cross-functional teams aligned to a strategic priorityExperience implementing new tools, platforms and productsExperience using queries, understanding pharmaceutical claims data and general medical claims data; highly analyticalPhysical DemandsTravel up to 10%Constantly seated, able to use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequent reaching with hands and armsOccasionally standing, walking, kneeling and crouchingOccasionally lifting up to 25 poundsVision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perceptionEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000 to $160,000 based on experience and skills.To review Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page and click on the Benefits at a glance button for details.Prime Therapeutics LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
